Do you know what this is?
If you live in the South then maybe you do.
It's a teeny cluster of beautiful purplish Texas Red Bud
blossoms!

We are just on the verge of Spring now, the weather is still
cool at night but warms up during the day...

Just about everything in my garden has tiny little buds
showing,

peeking their heads out looking for the sun...
We just planted this little guy last year, it's all of about
five feet tall and putting on quite a spectacular show! If you step up closely
to it there is a sweet buzzing sound from all the bees enjoying themselves...
they are so wonderful it sounds like they are singing!!

Hello Sandra,
Beautiful! What kind of trees are these?
Gabriela
Beautiful! Never seen those before. Love the color and your photography is lovely!
Red buds are one of my favorites! Our flowering cherry and plum trees are starting to bloom here in NC. Spring is on it's way!
We have these sweet trees here, too -- but I don't think we'll be sharing your view for a few months! At least May. Oh, a pang of jealousy flew through my heart! But I'm glad you can treasure the beauty of spring!
Beautiful! Lucky you, mine is not doing so well, still to cold!
We have a beautiful weeping Redbud that won't be blossoming until May (here in Northern Ohio). I'll have to dream about it until then. . .thanks for sharing yours. They are beautiful!
What a beautiful tree of blossoms! I have never seen that particular tree. Does it smell sweet?
